Check your business's eligibility.

First, ensure your business is eligible for Norgress Small Biz. You can review our eligibility criteria below. Businesses that have worked with us in the past are welcome to apply again, however priority is always given to first-time applicants.

  • Business Size: Your business must have less than 10 full-time employees. Norgress Small Biz is designed for owner-operated businesses and small teams.

  • Annual Revenue: Your business must generate less than $500,000 in annual revenue. This ensures our free services go to the businesses that need them most.

  • Location: Your business must be based in the Edmonton-area. As our program grows, we plan to expand to additional Canadian cities.

Complete your application & tell us about your business's project.

Once you've confirmed your eligibility, it's time to apply. Let us know which free service you'd like to receive and tell us a little about your business so our team can hit the ground running.

  • Service Selection: Choose one service per application. It could be web design, ad management, call answering, marketing materials, etc. Each service is delivered within 3 days of approval.

  • Business Description: Tell us what your business does, who your customers are, and what you're hoping to achieve. The more detail you share, the better we can tailor your service.

  • Supporting Documents: Depending on the service, we may ask for your logo, brand colours, or any existing materials. Don't worry if you don't have these — our team can work from scratch.

Once you're approved, our team will get to work. Your project will be ready in 3 business days — and at no cost to you.

A select few carry small ongoing maintenance or revision fees, but only because certain costs like hosting and platform fees are unavoidable. We absorb what we can, so if you do pay anything, it's as little as possible.

Yes. Everything we deliver is built specifically for your business and represents your brand. Once we hand it off to you, it's yours — full stop.

Updates and minor changes are handled through our Revision Credits system. One Revision Credit is worth up to one hour of work and is heavily subsidized — businesses can expect to pay between $5 to $10 per credit.

Is there a limit to how many tasks I can request?

You can request as many tasks as you'd like. We'll work on them one at a time in the order received. Once one is completed, we move on to the next.

How quickly are tasks completed?

On average, tasks are delivered within 72 hours (Monday to Friday). Larger projects like developing a website may take a bit longer, but we’ll always give you a clear timeline up front.

What if I don’t like the results?

We offer unlimited revisions on all active tasks. If something doesn’t match your vision, we’ll keep working until it does.

What platforms do you work with?
